Lakefront

Lakefront lots boast views of Lake Talquin as well as the protected wilderness of the Lake Talquin State Forest and the Joe Budd Wildlife Management Refuge. These lots combine the serenity of the wilderness with lakeside living. Lakefront lot owners share community access to the creeks, as well as to the hiking trails and the conservation areas.

Creekfront

Creekfront lots border state-protected forests and feature either deepwater (about 6 feet) creeks or crystalline shallow-water creeks that wind through the property and feed the waters of Lake Talquin. Unique slope-and-ravine topography, similar to the legendary bluffs of the Apalachicola River, creates dramatic views over the creeks. Creekfront lot owners share access to the community's pier on Lake Talquin, as well as to the hiking trails and the conservation areas.

Interior

Most lots nestled in Comfort Creek Preserve's interior abut the vast conservation area within the community. A variety of hardwoods, including magnolias and majestic oaks, add to the native beauty of each lot. Interior lot owners share access to the community's pier on Lake Talquin , creeks, hiking trails and conservation areas.
